Hi all. For sale today a beautiful and rare small unique regular sebenza. I purchased this nib a few months ago here on bf and is the finest sebenza I have ever had. The lock-up is solid and does not budge at 40-50%, no play in any direction, is the smoothest sebenza I have had, well centered and just perfectly made. The grinds on the blade are even, the edge was well done, and perfect centering. The blade has been used and stropped but never sharpened and has a great edge on it that does not need a touch up. The handle sandblasting has held up very well from daily carry and there are only a few faint snail marks that I can see. It has actually held up much better than newer crks and is really surprising actually. The presentation side has a few faint scratches. The unique graphic is really pretty with the outer ring being blue, followed by a purple ring and then a mix of the two colors in the center. Its very beautiful combined with the satin finish of the titanium. This is an older regular so it has the ridges on the back side of the handle slabs. The detent is a little on the weak side compared to newer sebenzas but still very safe, it is just a preference thing and it may be the reason for the silky smooth action. The ergos on the regular are amazing, it feels substantial for such a small knife while being excellent in every grip possible. The ridges work well and are very comfortable. The balance is also excellent and is for some reason more centered than the 21, right around where the index finger tends to be. The blade is wider and more impressive and cuts very well. Those are my impressions after having it for a few months. My interests have shifted quite a bit from pocket knives and think I will just get a plain jane to have as a user and free up some funds. If you have been wanting to try out a small regular sebenza this is your chance, with a more special and unique handle slab. I will include the original box, birthcard, and papers. DOB is April 22, 2002. The older sebenzas did not come with the blue cloth and I did not receive an allen key when I originally purchased it so those will not be included.
