I have yet to watch the exquisite blade, so i only know of a few names. I'm curious to know who Peter Janisch is in the CRK family? At the California Custom Knife show, he was present with Mr. Reeve, and i had done all of my purchases with him. A very approachable and friendly gentleman. I've been nothing but pleased with the CRK staff, especially Jessie who has been a pleasure dealing with in my many questions and concerns with my custom frame. With all of these pleasant dealings, i'd like to know more about the people behind the name.

So from what i know:

Anne - boss :D
Chris - 2nd boss ;)
Merlin - CCG
Lisa - Unique graphics
Heather - c.s.
Jessie - c.s.
Peter - old friend that helps out at shows?

I wondered the same thing when I was there.

Apparently Peter is a longtime friend of Chris Reeve who helps out with the knife shows.
 
In my experience, Heather has been the best to work with and deal with. She knows EVERYTHING about CRK too, which makes it so much better when emailing or calling with a question as you get an accurate answer. Keep up the Great Work Heather !!!

I think Jessie has been great...learning the ropes so quickly, so helpful and nice on the phone.
 
I hate to ask, but is jessie male of female? when I was conversing via email, i was picturing a dude on the other end... but it could go either way I guess...

But yeah, definitely extremely helpful, nice and patient ;)

Jessie is female. Or at least sounds nothing like a man when I talked with her on the phone the other day.
 
Sometimes they put me on the phone with some guy named Chris. Not sure what's up with that...

I just wonder if the folks at CRK are reading this thread and saying to themselves "Crap, here come the stalkers from BF"...
 
Heather is the bomb!

It would be nice if every CS rep for other businesses could take a class from Heather, the whole world would be a better place...

We could only be so lucky...;)
 
I have deal with just Heather so far. She is very helpful n understanding.
I wished I'm in US so I could meet in persons one day.

Thanks to all staff for hard works and putting up with us or some fuzzy clients, :D
