I have deal with just Heather so far. She is very helpful n understanding.
I wished I'm in US so I could meet in persons one day.

Heather posted pics of her knives earlier, i'm curious as to what the other folk at CRK carry around or have in their collections.

Heather is by far my favorite Customer Service Rep at CRK. I have talked to her several times and emailed her a plenty. She is amazing and the BEST at what she does. She knows everything there is to know about CRK. We have went over what could be done and not be done as far as CRK customizing goes, so when I email her, its a simple answer. Not to take anything away from the others Chris has employed at the position, I just feel more comfortable contacting Heather.
