How about an ivory scale for a small 21? Maybe?

I made some fillers from Ivory recovered from piano keys, one key will give you10 good inserts, some are drilled for the screw and the others use pressure sensitive body trim tape to hold them in place. I think the ivory is a knice contrast to the Ti slabs.

That might look even better on a polished scale....
