Crkt bear claw durabillty

So just got my bear claw in today overall I'm well pleased with it. To keep this short, the tip is thin I'm just wondering if the tip of this blade is only good for cutting boxes
 
I have one. To me its more of a backup self defense tool. I dont use it for daily cutting tasks.
 
I have the fake version of this (don't judge) bought it when I knew very little about cutlery. I have to admit though strongest and nicest 10 buck knife I've EVER handled
 
I had a frost imitation at once at least I belive it was frost James w would you have a picture of that blade
