Took a roadtrip to Michigan this past week, and stopped at the Gander Mountain store. They had the CRKT Crawford Falcon on clearance for $15. I picked up two so I'd have one in the BOB. Not a bad blade at all.

Worth a look if you're near one of the stores. Don't know if that price is good online or not.

I just bought one for 16. It is awesome! I love the sheath too.

My wife thinks she might carry it. She even likes it!

That is impressive.

You got a sheath? Lucky dog. All I got was a blister pack, and a big struggle with that. (Scissors are the answer, but all I had was a slightly-dull Benchmade).

It's certainly a lot nicer knife than I'd expect to get for $15.

I would get a custom cross draw sheath by one of the makers like Normark.
It would cost $25 or so but it makes the knife more accessible.

That was a great knife, crappy sheath though, well, naw, sheath set up. Sheath snapped onto a belt hook. If they would have taken the sheath for the Carson F4, enlarged it, and made it for the Falcon, that would have been better. Got rid of it while I was in my "thats not good steel" phase. Great little truck knife IMHO.
