so, I sent CRKT my m16 folder because one of the studs broke. They said they would replace it if it was unrepairable(which it was). Today I was happy to find that they send me a replacement... the only problem is that the spacer in the back is loose and tips forward and backward:/ Two bad knives from CRKT in a row... coincidence?

Not really a coincidence. Its a cheaper knife. They should take care of you, send it back again. Their quality control isn't exceptional by any standards, but they do make a good knife.
And don't think 2 bad eggs in a row is a big deal, Its happened with brands like Benchmade and Spyderco even.

It is annoying when you mail something in because of a problem and then receive a replacement that has a problem of its own. That should be the last place knives with issues get sent.
Something very similar just happened to me. Returned a knife because it had rust on the blade out of the box and they sent me a new knife, with rust on the blade. It can be very frustrating. Especially if it's a lower cost knife. You can spend half the cost of the knife just mailing it back a couple of times. I hope they take care of you and at least cover your shipping costs...
