I bought a CRKT Carson M4-02S. After a while, the screw holding the bolster, under the pocket clip, came out of it's hole. I put loctite on it and inserted it back in the hole, I left the clip off. Months later, I noticed the same screw was missing.I disassembled the knife to get to the threaded hole, and hoped to find a screw for it. No luck at the harsware store. I did not know how to reassemble it because of the thrust? washers under the pivit pin. I sent it back to CRKT for repair, per Greg Hughes. They sent me a NEW KNIFE, at no cost!...Since then, I bought a CRKT IGNITOR, which I like better then the M$.
 
IMO CRKT has some of the best CS in the industry. They're up there with Buck and Kershaw as far as i'm concerned. Glad you got a new knife and glad you were happy with it.
