I recently had a problem with a CRKT M1. I was using the knife aggressively and managed to take a chip out of the belly of the blade :(

Contacted Customer Service via email at CRKT and described what had happened. In a couple of days, I had a return email saying to send in the knife, they wanted to look at it under warranty. I got a brand new knife in the mail yesterday via USPS Express Mail. About 5 working day turnaround, including shipping!

Way to go CRKT! :D
