I just bought this dang thing and the store sent me the wrong one! Whats worse is that I ordered the plain edge and they sent the serrated - I already have one that is serrated and they are out of stock. 
It has assisted opening and its really smooth - I am very happy with the quality.
So, this is brand new in the box. I would like to trade for a folder and I would prefer the CRKT Full Throttle in a plain edge (I dont mind if it has assisted or not), but I have a broad interest (Benchmades, Al Mar, etc...)
