CRKT homefront durability

Has anyone used this hard in the field? I'm curious how well the pivot holds up.

Since no one answered, I'll give my two cents.

I just bought one and am pretty impressed with it. Looking at the way it locks together, it seems that it would be just as durable as a knife that was held together by torx screws.

mines held up good so far. havent beaten it but normal cutting uses......so far so good.

I think designing a hard use field folder should incorporate an easy cleanable platform like the xm-18 but going as far to make one field stripable is counterproductive.?
I wonder just how many people in the "field" have thought to themselves "I really need to completely take my folder apart and clean it" .....
As far as durability goes.. I can only imagine that roll screw working its way loose all the time?
The roll screw reminds me of something but I just cant put my finger on it...
This knife was built for people with OCD.:D

I edc'd mine for about four months straight and never found it lacking. Only put another in my pocket because I have so many choices on hand :) I think the Homefront is a pretty awesome knife!

I bought the homefront early this year carried it for a couple weeks and it held up well never had any blade play in the time I used it. I have since sold it just was to big for me. Since i like to carry in the watch pocket.

All i know is i literally had one dissassemble in my hands after asking to see it in the store. Wasn't very reassuring.

Was it already pre or close to dissembled? Because looking at mine, there is no way it would just fall apart. No way, unless I started the procedure of dissasembly.

This is one of the coolest knives CRKT has ever come out with and is a total step in the right direction for this company. For a long time they haven't been putting the nicest stuff out in my opinion.

A field-strippable knife? That's just plain awesome. Especially if it holds together as well as people are saying.
