CRKT M1 missing parts?

I got a CRKT M1 today. It's supposed to be set up for tip-up/tip-down left/right carry, but the clip doesn't work for tip-up (right) carry. The clip pokes WAY off the side of the handle if you use the holes they drilled.

I heard somewhere these came with two clips and a torx wrench. Is that right? Mine just had the knife in the box. What's up?

Theres supposed to be two clips, don't dispair, call up CRKT and ask them for one!

OK, thanks for the confirm.

I got it off ebay from a really reputable ebay dealer that I've bought from a bunch of time. I've fired off an email to him to see what he wants to do.

I have a CRKT M1 that had a couple of clip screws that were too short and I emailed CRKT and explained the situation and asked them if I could buy some replacements and they just sent me a new set of clips and everything.

That sounds right - I think my M1 had an extra clip, extra screws and the torx wrench. You shouldn't have a problem with CRKT getting parts. I lost a screw in my small CRKT/Crawford Falcon, placed an email requesting a couple of extra screws and was prepared to pay for them but they just showed up a few weeks later for no charge:)

That ebay dealer I got it from got back to me right away.
(I just wanted to make sure I wasn't crazy before I emailed them.)

They're sending a clip, screws and torx wrench right out to me.

By the way, the ebay dealer I got it from is:
ebay I.D. = razorsharpknife
(Sawyer's Cutlery)
I've bought probably a dozen knives from them and they always come cheap and lightning-fast. This is the first time I've ever had any problem and they fixed it right away. Great service.

As you wish sir!

Take care Jim.

I really like hearing this about Columbia River. I only own one (old first model of the M16) I think their products offer quite a bit of bang for the dollar.
