Too hard to close, doesn't open easily, blade not very sharp. Gave it to my Brother-in-law. I only used it for 4 days as I needed a knife for a job I was doing and couldn't take one on the plane. Bought it at Wally Mart. Cut open a bag of tortillas and sliced a tomato. That's what I get.

Yeah, CRKT has stepped their game up recently, but most of the old models were junk. I had one of those m16s as well. It now resides in my Mom's glove box in case of emergency.

oh poor CRKT

i wont buy them because cr8mov steel, steel scales, bad quality in general and over priced for those materials/construction made in China. not worth it.

My Amicus Compact is excellent quality. I do wish they would ar least adopt D2, which is the current standard for budget steel, and Medford.

I can't bring myself to buy a CRKT because the blade steels they use are disproportional to the price they charge and they can't get any decent steels.

I do like some of their designs though.
