I've been looking at this knife for a couple of weeks. It seeks like a great knife. My problem, and this may sound strange, is that I can't tell how big it is. I mean I can read the Specs and I have watched some videos on youtube. The knife spec fit what I generally like in a knife. The specs are,

* Blade: Length: 3.75" (95 mm)
* Thickness: 0.12" (3.0 mm)
* Steel: 8Cr14MoV, 58-59 HRC
* Closed: Handle length: 4.88" (124 mm)
* Open: Overall length: 8.50" (216 mm)
* Weight: 3.6 oz. (102 g)

But when I look at pictures and videos the knife appears much smaller to me. I'm not big on massive blades but does anyone know how this knife compares to a Benchmade 710 or something similar in size to that? Thanks

It's about the same size as the Kershaw Groove if that helps you any. Cutlerylover has a youtube review of it as well.

You don't have a ruler and a piece of paper?

You have the lengths. Mark it out on a piece of paper, then compare it to a knife you already have.

Good idea. I've been interested in knives I found it hard to "see" even with the numbers in front of me, so I draw a rough sketch to that size, cut it out, and hold the paper mockup.

It's currently sitting in a box wrapped in paper for my friend's birthday. I don't want to unbox it.

I thought the Summa was bigger than what I expected, not as big as a 710 though. It's also very light and blade-heavy.
