It is a good copy of my My Tighe but I don't know anything about the steel that is used. The clip is a little different (three screws instead of two and black instead of unfinished) and some of the inlays aren't quite the same but for the price it should be a good frame lock.

I have one and so far so good.

The speed the blade comes out takes some getting used to.

Over-all a good knife.

1.4116 is a german steel. It's on par with 440A or AUS6.
