Spring Assist might have been cool a decade or two ago. A big part of that is because back then, the market wasn't full of knives with good manual action. Now that it is, assisted knives feel pretty lame. It's also extra stuff to maintain or that can go wrong.

Then I see that it costs $64.95 and runs 1.4116. Really?!? Good grief. You can get D2 or 14C28N in folders with similar or better overall quality for half that price. You can get a Civivi in 9Cr18Mov that'll cut circles around it for less. You can get a Kizer in N690 for around the same price.

I get that this kind of competition still hasn't filtered into the big-box stores so CRKT feels protected, but it's 2021. We are well into a long pandemic, almost everyone has a smart phone with web access, and it's only a matter time before Kershaw, CRKT, Gerber, etc. will have to up their game.
 
This is a blade discussion forum. I'll never be considered what one would call the sharpest knife in the drawer, but I earnestly believe that generally means dialog and not drive by posting a random video with absolutely nothing added to the original post. Then again, maybe I'm out if line. My wife would most likely agree with that.

However are we going to talk about the video, or why it was posted, or why the OP finds it interesting, or what the OP learned, or what? It's 2021 and most everyone who wants to watch a video about any topic has a YouTube widget on their smarty-pants phone. What I, personally, find interesting is how posted videos made the person who posted them feel or what they learned. Hell, even it is nothing more than pointing out the guy spraying the blades is named Carl and goes to your church and cheats at bingo. At least that is something to talk about.
