Welcome!

I'm a recovering CRKT fanboy, and my folding Razel still goes with me to work.

I'm going to give the Cordite a pass, simply because my experience with previous CRKT offerings has show that they don't pay as much attention to heat treat as they should.

As a work knife, the Razel is fine. But for EDC, I want better edge retention than Columbia River has to offer.

Now if I could get it in 154CM, or ATS 34, that would be a different story.....

Not sure I would try the cordite model

But I am intrigued by the follow through model and the go-n-heavy compact model, as they would go well with accessorizing my .45acp and my ar-15 respectively (both ruger).

I too wish they were available in at least 440c, n695, bd1, 14c28n, or even 9cr18mov instead of 8-13... Or anything better even, xhp, elmax, s35v, it would be worth the added price IMO, but lord knows I'll probably bite when I see them on sale for a good discount price...

The fit and finish is good, the designs look cool for some, just not for me.
CRKT has a good 8cr13mov Heat treat.

In the hand, the Ruger knives aren't cheap junk but just a "meh"
The competition is too fierce at that price.

IMHO these are geared to snag sales on gun enthusiasts.

But there's better knives.
