I had one for many years - sold it here a year or so.
The knife was discontinued a long time ago, which is probably why you aren't getting responses. IMO, it was one of CRKTs best offerings. ATS-34 was, at the time, considered a high quality steel. As I recall, it was set up for right hand carry - tip down - and had a single thumb stud.
It was a titanium frame lock, as you stated....and I remember seeing it referred to as a poor man's sebenza. I'm not sure how able I'd be to answer specific questions; but I can try.

I have an opportunity to buy one, and if I understood it right, in mint condition.
So that's why I'm asking because I'm wondering if it's worth to get.
 
If I recall correctly, they were well regarded when they came out. As hhmoore said, that was quite a while ago. I'd certainly be tempted by a mint condition one.
