Meula Fixed blade with leather sheath. I really don't know much about this one. It is extremely well built and sharp as a razor. Comes with a very well made leather sheath. Beautiful knife, never used, it just lives in a drawer. I don't quite know how to price it, but I'll guess SPF (The build quality alone I'd say would make it worth that).
