CRKT Warranty timeline?

Has anybody had any experience with CRKT's warranty dept? I sent off a M21 about 2 weeks ago and was wondering when I should expect it back.

call 'em, IIRC it took ~ 2 or 3 weeks when i dealt with 'em, but if ya call 'em they will tell ya what to expect,
