Cross brand grinder compatibility

Howdy! I have had a KMG for a few years now and I have yet to purchase a 8 inch contact wheel for it simply because I cannot seem to shell out that kind of money for something I am doing okay without.

Recently however, I have come across the Ameribrade grinders and their accessories that fit the KMG. I am just a bit concerned on how compatible they really are.

My question is, For those that have either Ameribrade or KMG, what all does it take to get a functioning contact wheel on your grinder? Will I need to go out and buy additional parts? Or is everything I need available from Ameribrade?
 
The big wheels Ameribrade is selling are overseas produced. However, all the reviews of them have been very positive. Great price and great guys to do business with as well.
