Would I be correct in assuming that for long seated periods, the narrower the sheath the better?

I really like Bob Dozier's horizontal kydex sheaths. I honestly prefer leather overall, but his horizontal sheaths are fantastic fitted with one of his knives. It also is a very concealable design for a generally unconcealed carry method. I carry one of his Personals this way and people seldom even notice it. I also carry it in the woods and you can keep it on inside a vehicle without it getting in the way.
The only other one that comes to mind from the factory is the Spyderco Moran which can be adjusted at various angles which I suppose is nice. The design makes it stick out away from the body a bit.
