Yep I'm crazy, but I found something I want more than the Crowell. The blade is 9.75in. top clip sharpened,1084 steel. The guard and ferrule are Nickel Silver,I believe the handle's Desert Ironwood. It comes with a nice leather sheath. It's the second one from the top in the pic. This knife has Incredible Balance & The Fit and Finish is Exceptional.Mint Condition $1225 plus shipping.

Still available,I doubt you'll find another Crowell priced this low.Check out a few sites and compare. Most sites are charging $1400+ for a bowie this size.I would consider trades for a HIGH End fighter or Bowie. No Tanto's or Damascus blades

Crowell's bowies are classics, and the price is good, I don't think the wood is maple though, the top one is, yours looks like something else, not sure what though, maybe ironwood?

That is an awesome price but still a little out of my range.

You would'nt happen to want a new Sig 220, blued, std sights, with less than a 50 round box of hardball put through it, aaand it would come with a brand new Galco suede lined Fletch holster, then cash to make up the differance?

I would trade this Beauty for a Fitch South Western bowie. To whoever bought the Fitch S.W. bowie from Mike at RCK,I definately would trade for that one.Or a Fitch with the Guard even on BOTH sides.Or a Harvey Dean El Diablo fighter
