Crown Bowie SN#26

This is my Crown Bowie marked with serial #26. The blade is 1/4" O-1 Tool Steel with a flat ground, highly polished blade. The handle material is antler crown (from Missouri), and Ironwood (from Yuma), secured with brass pins with a big brass guard. The OAL is 14 3/4", blade is 9 1/4". Looks like one hunk of a blade. Is it forged or stock removal? I like the sheath also.

It is stock removal. I am seriously wanting to learn to forge, not in a position to do so right now. Thanks for the comments, Frank.
