Thanks for the nice comments! This was a nice piece of african blackwood - I was real pleased with how it finished out.

Can't quite tell, but tapered tang? I don't even camp, and this knife is tempting me.

Jeff - Yes, it does have a tapered tang, AND you don't have to camp with it, it's a perfect for any chores, LOL

Steve, thank you for the follow up! At this time, I'm going to have to revoke my offer to purchase this beauty of a blade. Not because I don't want it...but due to extenuating circumstances...can't afford to purchase it at this time.
