Next knife up for sale is my "medium size" hunter. It is just a tad shorter than my large model, and fits a large ungloved hand perfectly. The steel is Crucible's awesome vanadium alloyed carbon steel, Cru Forge V, hardened and tempered for a HRC of 62-63. The grind is, of course, a beautiful thin full flat grind, with an edge that was 0.005" prior to sharpening. The handle is made from nicely figured mesquite wood, which is quite hard and a great handle material. Pins are black micarta. Blade features a hand rubbed satin finish, not easy to do with such an abrasive resistant steel. This is one of my ideal hunting knives. It is easy to sharpen all the way to the heel, as there is no plunge/ricasso to haggle with, and the grind is even from tip all the way down. There is only so much CFV steel left! ;)

OAL: 7.5"
Blade: 3 1/8" (tip to heel)
Handle: 4 3/8"
Thickness: 0.108" (tapered to point)
Steel: Cru Forge V 62-63HRC
Edge: ~15° per side, Atoma EF (1200 mesh)

Let the countdown begin. Stuart, I'll buy this if it is still available 24 hours from now. I don't "need" it, but would be thrilled to have it. I dressed almost 50 deer this season and would love to put this through the paces. I'll give someone else a bit of time to make up their mind otherwise, it will come to my house.

I’ll take it ! n beautiful work n I will send you ship to info , if it’s still available n your pay pal info please sir , thanks

Hey Mike, that is the correct PP. Many thanks. Stroman....I appreciate it buddy. Maybe the next one! NDMiller...thanks for the kind words. I have your sheath made and will be shipping today (for that black CFV hunter).

Nice buy rugdoctor. I had a bit of potential buyer's remorse when I popped off and posted the 24 hour window because I am knife poor, then I had a touch more when someone else jumped on it. Keep up the good work Stuart.

Mike, I just noticed something. And it's all my fault. I missed the "h" in yahoo.com in my post. Let's try this again, and my sincerest apology!

Ok , Will try it again and that’s why I kept on asking you if that was the correct paypal ? but no problem , n now there should be funds in the right pp acct for you , thnks ,Mike

Even when I looked at it a few times, I didn't see the missing "h". Usually someone will misspell "samurai" or even "stuart". It never occurred to me that I misspelled Yahoo! I just glanced right over it a number of times! Anyway, PP received, and I sent an email to confirm shipping address. Sorry for the confusion.
