The SS2 (Secret Service ??) looks more impressive in the pictures than the CPM-15v knife, but pictures don't tell all.
I have 2 of Farid's FB's that are similar in size to this CPM-15v knife and i do not know know of any maker who makes a tougher blade. Beat the crap out of it, then shave face, and repeat 50 times and your friend is likely to say "Hey, nice new knife, when are you going to try it out".
I thought i was nuts to buy yet another FB when i bought my first Farid knife. That was only a few months ago. Now i have 6 Farid's.
"Awesome" is not a cliche or exaggeration when speaking of how Farid's knives perform. It's almost an understatement.

BRab, good move. Farid's knives are the Ultimate Users. Thankfully they are not the "Pretty" kind of knives that end up being safe queens.
Please post back a couple of weeks after you've received it and give us a report. I'm so enthalled with my Farid's that i even want to read whatever someone wants to post about them. I'm "Besotted" by them.
Farid, if any of your knives ever begin to disappoint me, i will let you know. However i expect they all will still be just as amazing as when new long after i'm just forgotten dust, fertilizing trees.
The Comp. Cutter is likely at the P.O. and i'll be picking it up in the morning. I will let you know.
