Crusader forge ordering....nightware, the worst ever!!!

I ordered 3 knives from Crusader Forge in November of 2012. Kathy the office manager (I use the term manager very loosely here) told me it would be a year before he would make them, fine a year, no problem. So when I get in touch w/them in December 2013 she tells me, "yes yes we are ready to make your knives send money". I paid for 2 knives, $1500. She told me very clearly it would take 3 weeks for the 1st knife....5 months later and I have nothing but BS promises. Every time I ask she tells me "You should see something in 2 weeks" Please!!! I'm so PO'ed at this point I don't even want the knives. To make it worse she has no idea who I am or what I ordered when I contact her. It seems they have little or no system for order taking and record keeping. I should have known by the 10th time she asked me to send the original specs. The "office manager" did not know how to get my messages from yahoo mail. She told me she was very confused by yahoo mails new system. I had to ask her if she want me to send her actual snail mail w/pictures and the specs because she couldn't seem to manage to print an email or access it when it was needed. The worst part for me is I've had to pass on knives I like 10 times more than Crusader Forge.

Sorry for your experience, but everything you posted and their website stinks of bullshit.

Threads like this don't belong in the General knife forum. FEEDBACK: The Good, The Bad, The Ugly! is the correct which is where I'm moving this. Tone the language down a bit as well.

I agree with the OP. I'm a huge crusader forge fan. I like their knives but I'm willing to pay the secondary 300 dollar mark up just to avoid their business practices. Pretty annoying. They are essentially production folders with a flare of customization. Either way, when you get your folders, contact me if you decide to sell them. I'll throw a couple hundred extra at you for your time lol.
