Hey again guys! If you haven't noticed I finally changed my name to make myself a little more official :p

I really like how this one came out, working with this cast aluminum was a nightmare, but in the end worth it! It was a lot more transparent then I thought it would be, so in some spots the hollow area dished out in the steel of the tang to help weight and balance is visible (it balances right on the index finger though, so I guess it was worth it).

Asking $220 shipped inside the US for this one

Specs:
OAL- 7 7/16
Blade Length- 3 1/2"
Blade steel- .2" CPM CRUWEAR with heat treatment and cyro done by Peters to 61 HRC
Sheath- 2 Position leather dangler made by my dad
Unsharpened harpoon tip swedge

Thanks for looking, I would like to hear what you think,
Drew

Looks amazing. I REALLY like the sheath design you're including.

well,3rd time back looking at it. so, i'll take it! really cool looking knife and sheath combo.

You got it freestep, email replied to.

Thanks shane-o-ca, I might have to find some more of it, because I really like it too!

This one is SPF, thanks:)

I just picked up another one if your sheepsfoot blades drew. Love it. The one with black mesh in the handles.
But that combo sheath with the flashlight is outstanding.
Your blades and grinds, with your dad's leather work are just awesome my friend.

I have a set of those slabs and I'm waiting on a BF member to finish my necker in CPM-20CV and I will add them on. Very nice to see what they look like finished.

You mentioned the transparency of the aluminum. I was thinking of putting blue liners or another color, maybe even white. I wonder if that would be too much blue and would affect the foil and blue contrast?

Any thoughts on adding liners?

I think if you could leave a satin finished tang under the scales that would be the coolest, but that means you could have problems with weight and balance. If doing I ever use them again I think I'm going to try yellow liners for some contrast, but I assume blue liners would look pretty cool too.
