I don't think all 1200 have been released to market yet. Some retailers may have already received their total allotment but there are many more retailers out there...

BHQ still has it listed as "Coming Soon" so my guess would be no, they haven't gone live on BHQ yet. The price did get updated last week tho, so who knows, maybe this week...?

Check the jade Skyline page, it says the same, and that one for sure hasn't hit yet.
I think that's the way BHQ does it. It always says "Out of Stock" while it's waiting in "Coming Soon", but the price will go from "Coming Soon", to "(whatever price is) once they know for sure.
If it was truly sold out, and based on how things have gone in the past, I would expect the "card" or page or whatever, to go from "Coming Soon" to "New Items" with the Out of Stock label at the top.
So if you wanna be optimistic, I think there's still a good chance it hasn't gone live on BHQ yet.

Well my preorder was 9/22 and just got my shipping notice email

So I'm thrilled

That answers that question! There may still be some more available I guess. I signed up to be notified and have been watching the site but haven't heard anything, I thought they'd just sold out really fast. Did BHQ take preorders?

BHQ verrrrry rarely does pre-orders. Just keep checking the product page and keep your fingers crossed, I guess. I would NOT count on that email notification being timely enough.

Nope, I don't expect the notification to even come through, let alone before they are sold out, that's why I thought they were already gone. It's happened before
