Zog gave you his number. His address to ship blades to is Paul Bos Heat Treating, 1900 Weld Blvd., El Cajon, CA 92020. The great thing about Paul is he uses atmospherically controlled ovens so the blades are clean with no decarburization at all. Also he cryo quenches after hardening and before drawing the temper, which provides better austentite conversion and finer grain development in the steel. Most heat treaters cryo treat after tempering. Also Paul is great about straightening out warps. My fine tangs warp a lot and they all come back straight as an arrow.

I used to do my own heat treating; I never will again. Paul's prices are $12/blade in one's or two's, or $60 for up to 20 blades if you do a bunch. He really is set up for large scale work, but does one-offs if necessary.

He's good, and one of the few I give unqualified refernces for. Good luck.

My brother and i have been using PAUL BOS for
our heat treating for the last 6 or 7 years.
I have nothing but kind words to say about him and his work. You can't go wrong with him. I highly recommend him.
