CS American Lawman or Recon 1

Cold Steel is a company I like because it makes knives with longer blades. I've been carrying and using both the Recon 1 and the CRKT M16-14SFA for the past year and both knives are great, but the finish wears much more quickly with the Recon 1. It looks terrible, but it still works fine. The CRKT seems to have a baked on finish and after some rugged use, it still looks great -- almost like the finish on a Glock. The CS finish on the blade and clip is like ordinary paint and I'm disappointed that it wears so poorly. I prefer the CS knives with the polished blades, but the clips on CS, Spyderco and other knives wear poorly.
 
I just got mine Recon 1 few days ago , I was able to test it this weekend in the woods and I can tell you this is one strong folder , I will make thread later with photos , I just got home and tired as hell.
