Something else popped up today that I just had to have, so moving this one along. Cutlery Shoppe Exclusive Spyderco Native 5 Lightweight Orange FRN/S90V. Superb, outstanding in every regard. The action is super smooth. Blade even drops free half way - on a lockback! Everything about this knife is perfectly symmetrical, to the point that you might think it came from a CRK factory (minus the titanium). Super solid lockup.
Knife hasn't been carried. Comes with box and paperwork. I did slice some paper with it to see how the factory S90V edge was. It was nice, sharp, but not remarkably so. So I gave it a little sharpening notch kiss and then very lightly stropped the edge on some black compound loaded leather. Whispers through receipt paper now, push cuts with ease. Consider the blade better than factory.
These are $96 from CS with standard shipping. Take mine for $old Shipped Priority to CONUS (fees included if you like paying Goods).
Might consider trading for wood covered GECs.
