After thinking about it a little, in your picture, it's clear that the original CSAR-T is an Alpha frame, too.
Yes with just a couple of minor differences. The CSAR-T frame (original) is just about 1/32" wider, probably because of the thicker blade. There's a "spacer" difference at the butt of the frame and of course, the hex socket in one side of the lanyard hole. Otherwise, it's pretty much a clone. It and the new "Responder" model look a bit different because of the handle material covering the frame out to the edges.
