Does anyone have any experience working with CTS XHP Steel for your knives. What do you think of it? Is it better than CPM 3V? Does it compare to S90V? Thank you

It's great stuff! It's similar to CPM3V in grindability and sharpening, as well as cost. Not as tough as 3V, but still plenty tough for most knives. Much more stain-resistant and a bit better at holding an edge. I haven't worked with S90V so I can't compare them.
The only problem with it is actually finding some. If you find it, snag it up. If you can't find it, get Elmax. It's just as good in all areas, maybe a little better in toughness.
