The blade, crafted from Cu-Mai Damascus steel, features a resilient 52100 core heat-treated to a precise 60HRC hardness.
This results in a razor-sharp edge that effortlessly glides through ingredients with precision.

The handle is fashioned from stabilized Carelian birch and hornbeam in a modified Wa style.
This ergonomic design not only enhances the knife's aesthetic appeal but also ensures a comfortable and balanced grip, allowing for seamless control during intricate culinary tasks.
