Another Cu-mai Nakiri
This 170mm nakiri is made from cu-mai with stainless steel clad and a V-toku2 core from @takefuspecialsteeljapan
First time working with there steel and is really a pleasure to work with.
Blade thickness is 3.2mm with a subtile s grind for some food release and less weight.
Handle is made of some stabilized canaito wood from @to_do_wood with a copper spacer and a carbon fiber side cut bolster.
Price 450€ drop to €350
