How are the Cuda PE EDC's? How much do they usually run$$? Where is the cheapest place to get them? How is the lock and blade steel? I know I have alot of questions, but I really like the way this knife looks, and can't see it in person before I buy it.

Well, I think the newest ones are (were?) AUS-8. They can also be found in 154CM, D2 (AG Russel) and Talonite.

Look on the bay for best price.

My 154CM version was nice, currently have a Talonite one (pretty much in house use).

Nice knife, great design by Mr. Ralph (DDR), and it is a spiffy EDC for the blade length.

They were made in variety of steels but now it is AUS8 only - for this version you pay approx. $25 (@newgraham, where I got it, I saw it somewhere for $20 but I didn't know the shop and to say the truth shipping cost would equalize the price for me). Blade steel is nothing special but it has stonewashed finish which isn't seen much.
Overally it isn't too heavy (cutouts in handles do wonders). Thumbstuds are moved quite forward so they can catch on something when you are trying to use full blade lenght but on the other hand opening is quite comfortable due this.
It looks good, and feels good in hand. Only one clip position if you mind (I don't).

It has pretty good blade/handle ratio. It is small and thin, so it is nice EDC (surprise huh? :)) but expect that handle isn't big (for about 3 and half fingers only :))
Lockup is solid. My biggest concern is that it has plastic washers :barf: but for this price you can't expect more. Also blade isn't perfectly centered (I personally blame the washers (which are prone to deformation, and the lock springs quite strong) (but it doesn't rub the sides, just not perfect) and worse, when you open the blade, hold the lock disengaged you can notice horizontal blade play (again I think it is because of washers). In locked position there is no blade play at all.

Also here are some good pics.)

I've had the talonite version for a few years. To be honest, I'd take a good steel over it. It's now a safe queen. The 154CM version is a nice performer. I found mine in the back of someones display box and bought it for the price of the newer AUS 8A knives. The Newer Aus8A knives are even decent carry knives. I like the design, but don't see much reason to pay lots of money for it, even if you were to luck out and find and old talonite version, unless it's just to experiment with the metal. It is mostly cobalt so it seems kind of cool if you think about it.

I'd doubt the 154 design has that much of an advantage over the Aus 8A model, which are pretty nice. I'll probably get one to make a set. :') Joe
