CUDA fasteners, where to get

Howdy all,
Does anyone have a source for the very small fasteners that hold the cuda together? I have lost two of them over the year and a half I have had and carried my FAVORITE folder. I love this knife but it may start to come apart soon. Thanks, Jason.
