Cuda Maxx thumbstud question

Is the thumbstud on the Cuda Maxx have duel purpose? (ie blade stop and thumb opener) I understand that California requires a thumb stud or Hole directly on the blade to be legal for carry. Thanks in advance. Hank

im pretty sure its not really a thumbstud, and that it is the stop pin

aaron is correct. What many consider a thumbstud, is in fact, a blade stop.
