Culling the Herd. Advice on which fixed Blades to Keep.

So I've recently gotten into firearms and because of that have gotten into the mindset that every tool must have a purpose. I have a small collection of fixed blades and have decided that most of them have just been collecting dust and would be better served in someone else's home. I decided I will only keep the ones I use or would use if it had an important specific purpose. The reasons I would like to keep a fixed blade is for: self defense, camping, hunting, hiking, edc, bushcraft, and survival.

Since I'm trying to "cull the herd" so to speak I want to avoid keeping knives that would do the same exact job. Looking for advice on if I'm making a mistake on what I want to let go or want to keep. Thanks in advance.

What I'm keeping:

*Condor Bushlore- Great small bushcraft knife
*SOG Seal Pup- Great Utility knife
*Mora Companion & Marttiini Condor Timberjack- Great Small utility knives
*Tora GAK- Awesome large khukuri blade, probably the best weapon of the bunch
*Tora MKII- Great balance of weapon and tool in a Khukuri
*Tracker Clone- Eh, great beater not really worth the trouble of selling
*Windlass Kukri- Another good beater not worth getting rid of

What I have boxed up and ready to go:

*Ontario Marine Raider Sp10- Great but too big and wide for me, a bit unwieldy for me.
*Schrade Schf9- Handle way too thick for my small hands
*Cold Steel Bushman- Alright but I prefer the Bushlore
*Cold Steel Trail Master o1- One of my favorites but I want it in sk5
*Becker Bk9- I have nothing but respect for the "King" but it just didn't feel right in my hands, handle was slick, and I preferred the trail master
*KABAR USMC- Basically eye candy and never used it
*Cold Steel Gurkha Kukri sk5: Great but is almost the same exact design of the Tora MkII which I prefer, though because they don't make it in sk5 anymore I'm having second thoughts..
*HI Chiruwa Ang Khola- A Massive Khukuri and a beautiful work of art but way to heavy for me at over 30 oz and could never bring myself to put it through any hard use and mess up that mirror finish...it deserves a better home
*KHHI GI4- Another Massive khukuri thats too heavy for any practical use for me, though since it was my first khuk having trouble letting go..ha..
*KH Kothimora- A smaller khukuri that is great for utility but is a royal PITA to maintain because of the silver used on the sheath....sick of tarnish..

What I plan to Buy:
Cold Steel Trail Master in Sk5
Fallkniven A1
Ontario RTAK II

Please tell me what you think about my own choices and if I'm making a mistake, all opinions are welcome.

Fallkniven A1 vs. You take a look at the cold steel master hunter?
Ontario RTAK II vs. *Ontario Marine Raider Sp10...? Aren't they both big blades?

My only advice is to not look at it as a one and done. tastes change and other knives are always coming up. I'd look at clearing house first, then decide if you actually want to add to the collection again. Clear the clutter.

It's a funny thing this need to buy lots and then have only what you need The path to enlightenment I surpose :D I have honestly lost count of the number of folders I have owned and then changed mindset to the minimalistic sort of thinking. Ps still got para 2 and a few victorinox knives, mind you this time of year there is always room for one more must have knife . Oh no it's starting again, shot show soon , better go for a run to clear my head , mind you it raining heavily , I stay and look at knives instead , how many on my short list 5 I am sure it was only 1 I needed. Life's one big circle. Faron.

I have no problem with your sell choices. I'd probably keep the Trail Master myself.

What I see is an evolution of thought from large knives to smaller knives for woods or utility use, but you still like big blades and probably don't use them much. I have done the same thing except I keep the old blades as I like to handle them periodically anyway.
