Here's my son Ryan getting acquainted with Boris (Morelia Bredli)
This is right out the front of our house.
Boris is like a foster child-was raised in a non nurturing environment by people without proper care.
He was handed in and via the reptile society ended up with us.
He is snappy and cage defensive which basically means if you try to get him out of his "cage" he tries to rip the tendons out of your hand.
He is only young but will hopefully reach 2.3M in length. Thats a powerful constrictor with a savage bite. By that stage he will know whats what and be more easily handled.
NB -no one has been bitten yet so I'm thinking its all bluff.
This one is much more friendly(for a snake that is)
she is full grown and I think that's a big difference.
Oh and she was seized in a drug raid so also a foster snake. So to put it into perspective if I wanted to buy these beautiful animals from a breeder I would be out around 1K$AUD so I get a double whammy of goodness-more knives and helping native wildlife.
