Recently at the Oregon Knife Collector's Show in Eugene, I puchased as Plain Jane a Culti as I could find, a simple Satin with Black Canvas I think handle, and a Mashed Cat Custom kydex sheath Made by Eric Lind.(Not yet in common production, I bought it off of the Maker's side and had to remove his knife from it, then again maybe it was for his Brother before I decided I needed it.
Any way, when looking at this knife, I thought maybe I needed a set for Steak knives, but My Wife said, "No, She does not use the steak knife set I already have".
The Culti makes a fine kitchen knife, thin enough to slice well and the Canvas handle makes for a good grip wet or dry.
I just got done using it to prep some of these Awsome Locally grown South Central Oregon potatoes and I pronounce it to work well in the kitchen.
I Know, I know, this thread is worthless without pictures.
This knife makes a fine addition to the N.I.C.K.(I prolly should have waited till I found one with Black Paper micarta, but maybe this way I can get another.)
Time to Eat now, makes the drinking last longer.
