Saw a few knifes that I know are discontinued and hard to get on the web site. The price was good so I ordered them.
I followed up with a E-mail to John and he contacted me with in a few mins to let me know the knives were not in stock and can no longer be ordered.
My card was not charged.
So John at Cumberland Knife and Cutlery was honest and upfront and with great communications. Based on this experience I will check his site for knives in the future.
The purpose of this post is not to provide a place for people that have had trouble in the past to vent again. The purpose is to relate MY positive experience.
