I would have to agree with you guys. Cumberland knives offers excellent prices and low cost shipping via USPS priority mail, which means you usually get your knife 2 days after it is shipped. John is a great guy to deal with.

Cumberland knives is a rip off. I know the price is good, but it's not worth the hasstle. They do not communicate at all and contrary to their website, your order is not a priority at all! Very bad business practice to not respond to emails requesting order status. I have no idea where my knife is! I am considering a complaint against them for fraud if I don't get answers soon. Don't waste your time ordering from them!

Why don't you start a new thread for your bad experience? I believe there do have some correlated threads posted not too far away.
