I ordered 2 things on 4/18 and didn't even get an order confirmation. Then i didn't get shipping confirmation until i had to ask for it. well apparently it shipped a week and a half ago, but i have yet to see anything.

now i know John has helped a few people here, but this is ridiculous! My story sounds exactly like the others: no tracking number available, no knives after 3 weeks, piss poor customer service, etc. This doesn't seem like a few mistakes by an individual, this seems like a SYSTEMATIC problem altogether!!!
