Anyone have any contact info for Cumberland (besides the genral email) I ordered a knife which was supposedly shipped 2 weeks back - no knife yet and can't get an email reply! I am sure its all cool but that poor little knife is out there on its ownsome and I really want to get my hands on it! TIA
