I had issues with Cumberland Knives I also made a formal complaint to the BBB. Heres the BBB report before mine. Very lousy customer service. BEWARE

But as long as we're here, my dealings with John have been very positive and I consider him to be one of the good guys.

What it boils down to is this,

A full refund has been processed on your behalf.
And, in trying to make this up to you, you will take delivery of your BM942 on Thursday, the day after tomorrow, and I want you to keep it for free, as a token of our apologies.

INMHO this would be a reason for me to buy knives from this Gentleman in the future...Besides he is from Cookeville (Gods own personal slice of Tenn.)

Lets wait and see if they get their knives before we start with the praise. I was told alot of things too and they never came through until legal action was discussed.
