One must be at the Busse compound in Waseon at 9pm (Since this is specified to be a CupidGanzaaa, hopefuls must be dressed as Cupid). At exactly 9pm, the gathered all yell GANZAAA!!. The winners are selected by the office staff and given numbers; and each person, in turn, gets to choose a knife...after each has made a selection, any winners willing to spend more take another turn. This continues until all knives are sold or people stop buying.
