As to the ganzaa knives, Jerry will post full details when we get a little closer to the day(which is still unknown).

I'm going to join the chorus asking for man-made materials in the handles. All of these natural handles look nice but I don't like how they age (shrink, crack, warp, etc.).

1A has a gorgeous blade shape, though, with that swedge. Yummy.
